If the new matteress doesn't need a box spring, and the old one did, then when they say "includes removal" they should take away all the attendant parts. If this was a free service, I could maybe understand, but if they are going to charge you for delivery/take away, then they should remove all the parts.
Bob's will not refund your money for what they deem as a defective mattress.
Bob's continue to sell these defective mattresses and they are willign to replace it but even the defective mattress replacement needs replacement.
Even the sales and service reps say not to buy a mattress from Bob's - what does that tell you.
