Buyer Be Ware *****I really wanted to support this local store in Ardmore, Oklahoma. I could have bought my mattress for alot less going to Dallas or Oklahoma City. However, I vistited their nice store and was helped by the owner Joe Maple. He was very nice helped me to select a mattress. On the wall in his store there is a sign that says " 60 day trial" . He sold me on a very expensive mattress and told me to go ahead and take it home and try it out. He said that if I didn't like it that he would take it back and find one that I would like. Lukely, I gave him by credit card instead of cash. I gave the mattress a week and could not sleep on it. I paid him over $5,000 for the mattress and he offered to exchange it for one that cost that only cost $2173. He delivered the new mattress to me and I told him that I liked it much better. Thats when the problems began. He claims that he has a store poiicy of No Refunds and further he claims that he publishes his store policies. If you go to his web site he he list all of his policies but makes no mention of this policy of no refunds and further he claims that he tells everyone that comes into his store of this policy. He cons people by telling them to take the matteress home for 60 days and try it out but fails to tell you that if you bring it back that there will be no refund. What a con man.
