Absolutely. Latex foam is extremely durable and would work well with any adjustable foundation. Its one of the longest lasting foams on the market. Also one of the most expensive. Most mattress retailers carry a couple different firmness levels of latex mattresses.

Latex does work great on an adjustable base. Just avoid toxins ie toxic flame retardant on ANY mattress and go with either organic or latex with a non-toxic flame retardant.

Yes there are lots of latex mattresses that will work on adjustable beds. I would recommend not getting one too thick because it can have a bridging effect. I would definately lie on any mattress before purchasing it. I sleep on latex and it is GREAT.

Here is the deal. Yes you can get adjustable bases but there are drawbacks. Latex beds are heavey which will put an adjustable base under a lot of strain. I have seen many leggett & platt bases break from this. Also: despite the durable nature of latex is will cause the bed to wear. In cases where a third party inspector is used for warrantt claims, it is not uncommon for an inspector to recommend end of warranty for poor mattress support. Can you use these bases? Of course but it is not recomended. Its a lot of extra cost for very little benefit.

Yes, indeed. In fact latex mattresses work really well with adjustable beds. That's the great thing about latex mattresses is their ability to stretch and conform. As they conform so well to a person's body shape, they also fit just as well with the adjustable bed. In fact there are some great companies that sell the adjustable bed foundation right along with the latex mattress because they work so well in tandem.
