Is there an equivalent to the Sealy Presidential Plush that is available to consumers?

I am looking for the specs on a Sealy presidential plush. I want a bed like this, however I am being told it is a commercial bed and I can not get one. I need to find the closest match.

If you're talking about a hotel quality Posturepedic. This is the closest in spec.
