We got this mattress two weeks ago from a Jeromes bloopers sale. I have yet to have a good nights sleep on it. Unfortunately, since it was a clearance item there is no way we can return it. I've woken up each morning feeling like I slept on a blanket covered rock. I've begun sleeping on the couch until I can find a mattress pan that can make this mattress somewhat comfortable. If that doesn't work, I suppose it will end up on craigslist.

Our Mattress is very uncomfortable. We are not happy with our purchase from Jerome's. It has a 10 year warranty that doesn't allow a return. We had a Mattress Inspector come and took measurements and said there was a problem then we received a letter that said that it was normal and nothing can be done. We have a problem with talking with Customer Service. Always get a run around. We continue hating the mattress due to the lack of good sleep.

when you spend a large amount of money on somthing you should be satisfied wrong!!!!!, sleep tek inspected matteress and found sagging and then reported no problem found "liar" i do not recommend sweda mattress or jeromes for that matter, good luck future shoppers, beware of false information and warranty
