Macy's as well as the Hotel brand from Stearns & Foster leave much to be desired. Probelms from the start and horrible comfort and terrible service. Felt NOTHING like the display model and there were loose threads between quilts since we received it. Replacement model had the same problem and Macy's wanted to charge a restocking fee even though it was a defective product. We're done with both Macy's and S & F!!!

6k mattress, paid half off, still expensive, sucks, in two months such sinkage if you roll to other side of mattress you must roll up hill, they replaced once now for second time say it is normal wear and tear? really in two months, we were told when we bought guarenteed 10 years against such issues, what they do not tell you is it has to sink over 1.5 inches, even then it is fight to get mattress replaced. we wake up every morning with back aches. DO NOT BUY

We bought a Hotel Collection mattress about 3 or 4 years ago and spent $2600 on a king set. Within 3 months, both sides started sagging, causing the center to rise. We called Macy's and they replaced it but would only replace it with the same model. After another 6 months the same thing happened and we called again. This time, we were told that it was not sagging enough and they refused to replace it. Macy's customer service was outright nasty and the girl threatened to cancel the warranty. We are going today to get something else and will never shop at Macy's again. It was wonderful for 3 months but is now the worst mattress we have ever had.
