This pillow top memory foam was great for the first 5 or so months. Then the mattress began to sink and sag and became increasingly worse. Not its barely bareable to sleep on.
I've been complaining to my wife about my back and shoulders when I wake up and climb out of bed, not roll out of bed, in the morning. I am reminded of the struggle as a kid getting out of waterbeds before they were wave-less. When changing the sheets I keep getting eye level and looking at the indentation in the middle of this bed and it is no wonder I always feel I am leaning / rolling to the center at night. Maybe it is from the no sag edges they sold this product on when we bought it but those edges are not even as sturdy now. Only had the bed for a couple or few years. I was checking out new mattresses, firm ones, and I believe I self adjusted my spine. Today I am doing research decided to see if anybody else had a review, saw one and have to agree with the previous commentator about this product. I am hating a relatively new bed and wish I had the support of my previous two long term mattresses. I'll be taking a picture of the label and sending in my concern to info@Restonic.com like Karen L was told to do...
By Deb Gory from Restonic Mattress Corporation on February 26, 2013 — Hi KF,
Your Restonic representative that works with Haynes Furniture looked through their warranty claims and there are none with your initials. Also, the folks at Haynes Furniture have tried to find your purchase in their records and there isn't enough information posted on GoodBed to be successful.
Haynes Furniture and Restonic both want to help with the problem you're having. We've waited to find you through an email to info@Restonic.com, but that hasn't come through yet, either. Please call Haynes Furniture's customer service at 800-768-0348 so they can help you set up a warranty claim. Your Restonic rep, Travis, wants you to know that as soon as you contact Haynes Furniture, they will get in touch with him and, together, they will work to get your issues resolved quickly.
Thanks for letting us know you need help with your mattress.
Paid quite a bit for set. ($1600) After three years was broke down. Looked like what I like to call "canoes" on each side. Factory rep came and measured the indentations on each side. Said they had a bunch of faulty materials and would redo the pillow top. Factory had seller send it in for us to redo the top. What a crock! It is still that way. My husband said he thinks all they did was stand it up in the warehouse and let the foam come out. It is still bad. Never buy another!

We’re very troubled to hear about your experience with your mattress and our customer service. Quality and customer service are core values at Restonic, so thank you for letting us know we disappointed you. We have researched your first name and last initial in our customer service database and could find no order for a return/repair. We also contacted the retailer and they cannot find a record of an issue under the information either.
Both Restonic and the retailer want to find out how this happened and work with you to see if we can correct the situation. Please send an email to info@Restonic.com and include as much detail as you can. Please make sure to include a photo of the law label. The law label is a white form sewn into the head or foot of your mattress that says “DO NOT REMOVE UNDER PENALTY OF LAW EXCEPT BY CONSUMER.” We look forward to hearing back from you.
The Grand Palais product line is a collection of mattresses that was manufactured by Restonic.
