We had an 8-yr old mattress. It was expensive when new, but had totally broken down recently. I was waking up with back and shoulder pain. A long, hard day can bring that on, but you're not supposed to wake up that way! Time for a change.

Within just a few nights on this bed, all that pain disappeared. It's very supportive, and perhaps my favorite aspect, very consistent. You don't get fooled by that initial "Oh, that feels good"-relief, only to have the mattress keep sinking and shifting all night. I've noticed when I wake up, it feels just like those first few minutes from the night before. I love it!

2011 Bought Mattress from Mattress Express. 2013 had sag and found out that mattress Express was taken over by Mattress Firm. Mattress Firm sent a technician out to examine if there was a defect. The technician saw the problem immediately and sent his report to Mattress Firm. Mattress Firm failed to honor the warranty saying the sag was only 1/2" not 1.5". When I protested they could care less. I called the manufacturer-Pure Latex Bliss. Michelle and Maureen were only interested in delivering GREAT customer service to the point that they gave me their personal cell phone numbers while they worked out the logisitics of finding me a new company to deliver a new mattress. They replaced the mattress free of charge through a store called Go to Beds, Beds to Go. You have to understand that I did not originally buy from this store and they honored the warranty and delivered the mattress free of charge and tookk the old one back. Pure Latex Bliss is a great Company!!! Go to Bed, Beds to Go in Dania Beach is a great company. Even though I was not their customer, they still went out of their way and delivered great customer service. When I need new bedding I will go back to Go to Bed, Beds to Go in Dania Beach. If they treated me so well not being their customer, I have to assume the experience will be even better when I am their customer, and they actually make some money off of me. I will never shop with Mattress Firm because they did not do the right thing. Pure Latex took the hit, all Mattress Firm had to do was deliver the product to me. As far as the Mattress goes, the new Mattress feels great. I wake up with no aches/pains. Time will tell if the mattress holds up which I believe that it will. I think the old mattress was just defective which does happen from time to time. As long as a company is willing to honor it's warranty it is no problem. Thank you for being such a great company and making a terrific product.

If you are looking for a very good high end mattress, the Pure Latex Product is the way to go. You get what you pay for. Great quality and a warranty that actually gets honored if you have a problem.

I don't want to sound like a "meathead", but as I approach my 40th birthday, I've spent the last 18 months working very hard with a trainer to try and get back in shape. I'm doing relatively well with the exercise, but about six months ago I began to have a hard time sleeping due to soreness, joint pain, and new muscle. It was almost to the point that I stopped working out.

Due to very minor lower back issues in the past, I'd always preferred a firm mattress. As I began shopping for a solution to my sleep issues, I learned about Pure Latex Bliss and was intrigued. After trying out mattresses in the store and researching options, we decided to pull the trigger on the Beautiful model. Almost instantly, I began to sleep better. My wife is on a similar workout schedule and is of like-mind: we should have done this awhile ago.

My right hip and my left shoulder are my two recurring problem areas and I'm a side sleeper. The Beautiful model is plush enough to not cause those areas to ache, but not as "mushy" as some of the memory foam models I've slept on in hotels -- it almost has a buoyant feel to it.

Bottom line: I couldn't be more thrilled!

LOVE IT!!!! We love our new Pure LatexBliss Beautful King bed. It's so amazingly comfortable. I love the fact that when my wife moves around, I don't feel the bed shaking. We got the pillows as well (we are both side sleepers) and they are amazing too! Ordered the topper and it should be in soon but it's comfortable even without it. We read several reviews and decided to go with the Beautiful (which is the softest) and I am glad we did. It has the plush feel but yet has the support that makes you feel very comfortable. We have been in a memory foam mattress for seven years and I was just so tired of waking up sweating and hot. Finally we pulled the trigger on this mattress even though it is pricey, it seems worth it so far.
Again, here is my philosophy on life...There's 2 things you don't cut corners on, your shoes or your mattress...you will always be in one or the other.
I believe it...and now I live it.

We love our new Pure LatexBliss Nature King bed. It's so amazingly comfortable. I love the fact that when my husband moves around, I don't feel the bed shaking or moving. The comfort this bed provides is outstanding and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new bed. Great support - my husband has back issues and is feeling less pain due to the support he receives while sleeping. This bed is perfect!

This bed feels as though it's supporting every part of your body. We've had the bed for almost a week now, and I've never slept so soundly. I've also noticed that I've been sleeping on my back more, and wake up with less back pain. We also got the latex pillows, and love them as well. Our salesperson Lisa was amazing. She was extremely knowledgeable on all of the mattresses in her store, and never made us feel pressured to buy from her. In fact, after having visited her store, we went home and researched the mattress on our own. Later that day we returned to buy from her. We love our new bed and pillows!

Finally my back feels good! I had back surgery several years ago and until now have not had a comfortable night's sleep. This "Beautiful" mattress is firm and supportive (which I prefer) and at the same time feels soft (which my wife prefers). I will say I was skeptical of all mattresses. I had one of the "S" brands ultra plush pillow top mattresses that within a year had deep body impressions. My wife recommended this and she was right. The all Latex foam construction of Pure LatexBliss will solve that problem. And if we do prefer an even softer feel down the road there are toppers available that we can order. But honeslty I don't know that we will ever need that. I am very happy with the feel and support of this mattress. I will definitely recommend Pure LatexBliss to anyone that is looking for a good night's sleep!

A wise person once told me, "You can always make a mattress softer, but you can never make it firmer." Therefore, I intentionally bought this mattress knowing I might prefer a bit more cushioning in the long run. But I'm telling you, the support of this mattress is amazing! For the first time in years I am waking up without back pain!

I've slept on this mattress now for only 5 nights, but I love it more and more as each night passes. In fact, a windstorm kept waking me up the other night, and every time I awoke I was filled with thoughts of , "God, I love this bed"

I can't explain exactly why this bed is so comfortable. I suppose it's a combination of great support with some surface give. I think I will eventually buy the mattress topper because I think I can cushion the surface some more without compromising on support.

I will never, ever, ever sleep on anything but latex again. Truly a fantastic sleeping surface! I'm sure once I add the mattress topper my opinion will elevate to 5+ stars! 

I hope to come back in a year and be able to report back with the same satisfaction! 

We were tired of sleeping on the standard pocketed coil mattress, and wanted something more uplifting. So we decided to drive and check out the new Latex Bliss line we have been hearing so much about. And low and behold we left with our new bed that day, we didn't even continue looking after we laid on the Nature.
We will never sleep on another bed again!

I am an active 40 year old male. Pre-Bliss bed, I always thought my knees were supposed to hurt, when walking down the steps to start my mornings. I also thought, that being 40 years of age meant I was supposed to feel tired.
WOW, was I wrong. 3 days after sleeping on the Beautiful has changed how I feel in the morning.
Don't get me wrong, I am not saying that this bed is the 8th natural wonder of the world, but I am stating that I never knew a mattress could make such a difference in my well being.

In the fall of 2012, I purchased a Nature model from the Pure Latex Bliss mattress line. I noticed right away that the mattress was very firm, unlike the one in the mattress shop. I contacted the company through e-mail and buying a topper was suggested. I went back to the shop and borrowed their 2 inch topper to try for 2 nights. It felt great to sleep on the bed. When I brought my topper home it felt way softer...something that was not to my liking. It also seemed to be fatter. I let the shop know these facts and was told to try it for awhile. After a month and a half I asked if I could return it. I was told no. What I have not mentioned yet it that I am physically hurting. My shoulders ache in the morning. I have even been to a physical therapist to see what is wrong. She believes that the topper is too soft and is causing me to roll onto my shoulders causing pain. I need help with this matter. The topper is way too expensive to discard yet I do not want to be in pain any longer. I like a refund so that I can get on with my life again.

So, after convincing my husband to pay much more than we should have, and being so excited about the quality and health benefits, I'm having to purchase a hated memory foam topper to try to get some relief. A mattress affects every minute of your day! No matter how great the deal, Don't purchase unless you have the option to return!

I first bought the Pamper for firmness and not long after sleeping on it it felt like it bottomed out and was so hard so the store done a comfort exchange for the Nutrition .At first it felt really supportive and then it began to sink and it was checked by the store where I purchased it and claimed defective. They replaced it and now after a month later the same thing and overhangs 2 inches down the side. Definitely a bad buy.

Update (10/30/12):
Thank you Pure Latex Bliss for exchanging my mattress. It feels much better, without the "sinking in" feeling. The ladies at customer service were understanding and were able to work with the store I bought it from to replace it. Thank you for the great customer care!

After spending a fortune, I was really excited to receive my new mattress. I really thought I had finally found something that could let me get some much needed rest. Having dealt with severe back problems for years
I was looking for something pressure revealing and comfortable.

The first few days were alright, but after a week or so I started having severe neck and back pain, much worse than before, and was up
tosssing and turning all night. Now the mattress has softened up so much that it feels like I am sinking in, and rolling into the middle. It feels more like my old memory foam than latex. I am very disappointed and have barely slept in 4 weeks. I dread going to bed, because I know I will be tossing all night. I have even tried taking sleeping pills just to get me through the night, but I still have troubles sleeping because of the pain I get
in my back from the sinking in. I was told that latex should never feel like it's sinking in, and should keep its form. But this is not the case at all. I am now broke from the cost of the mattress, am not sleeping at all, and just wish I could get my old bed back. It was uncomfortable, but not nearly as bad as this latex mattress.

I tried contacting the store I purchased it from, but I was told to contact Latex bliss. I have been trying for over a week to get a hold of someone, but no one answers. I emailed in, but one lady told me to contact the store I bought it from. I have been getting the runaround, and am extremely frustrated. No one can give me a straight answer, and just keeps passing me off to someone else. I just wish I could get my money back, or some kind of exchange.

I really want to like this mattress, especially considering the small fortune I paid for it. Prior to purchasing this mattress I was sleeping on a pillow top with a huge divot in the middle - I have been having back problems for a year or so - lower back/hips and upper back between the shoulder blades.

After the first night sleeping on it I woke up with agony in my lower back - really bad - way worse than my normal lower back pain. I figured I needed some time to get used to it. I went camping that next day and slept on an air mattress for a few nights and my back felt better!!

I returned home and slept on it again and the lower back agony was gone. However, just laying on the mattress prior to sleeping it was uncomfortable in exactly the way David R. below described. Felt like my hips were sinking in but while on my back I would get twinges of pain in my lower back - admittedly - the pain is in the area where I have pain anyways, prior to purchasing this mattress. However, also I would get a very uncomfortable feeling in my mid/upper back between my shoulder blades... it felt like the pain was very much on the surface and could be reproduced by like hunching my shoulders forward and thereby stretching that area of my back.

I have been sleeping on it for nearly two months now and when going to bed I still feel uncomfortable and while I'm not waking up with as much lower back pain as originally, I still get some significant pain in the middle back area as described.

I have contacted the store where I got it regarding their 60-day comfort policy but at the time I purchased it I believe they may have neglected to tell me that I had to buy a protector from them - I bought my own and it has been on the mattress since the moment it was delivered (if I remember correctly - I still need to check the invoice because I may actually have bought it from them after all and I'm simply thinking of the pillow protectors I bought) - also, as expected I have to get something equal in value or pay the difference.

The issue is that I paid a lot for this mattress and for the amount paid I feel like I should be in heaven sleeping on it but that is not currently the case. There is still the possibility that this discomfort is more due to my original back issues than the mattress itself... but it's unfortunate that the mattress is not helping with them since thats part of the reason I decided to get a new mattress to begin with.

The guy at the store suggested I try to "switch" the core to the firmer side - I will probably look into the details of this but I am running out of time on my 60-day policy.

I'm putting recommendation yes simply becuase it does seem like a veyr high quality mattress and it's probably more my personal experience that this is not working out than the quality of the mattress.
