This is the best bed I have ever owned. When I was shopping around I was in alot of lower back pain and after trying this one out for about 15 min in the store, my back hardly hurt at all. Bought it right then and there. Have had it for just over a month now and every night I sleep sounder. Would whole heartedly recommend this bed.
This mattress provides the exact support I need. The eurotop fills in the lower part of my back and helps my back feel so good.
Love this mattress and have had it for three years. I would recommend you try the Europa mattresses. They are very well made and very affordable.
We shopped for a whole day stopping at many places and trying way too many beds including the infamous sleep number. after all the debating this was the bed we felt was the most comfortable. we got it home after $850 payment. this included everything but the frame from mattress discounters. It was a huge improvement over our old bed but after sleeping on it a while it felt softer but i am having no more pain like i use to on our old bed. we watch alot of movies and i like to sit up and is a little difficult after a while once you sink in a little but when lying down it is a dream and i feel little movement from my wife.
We shopped for a few days, decided on another brand. Stopped in Mattress Discounters in Columbia and the sales person said we should try this one. I loved it. I still love it. My lower back has no pain when I wake up (it has for years) it has a memory foam top with firm support underneath. It's also very pretty,
We love our mattress. It is firm yet cushiony enough to support pressure points. We don't feel each other move around. Great purchase price. $599 for a Queen Set plus no delivery/removal fee. Fortunately, we did not spend a fortune, so if our opinion should change, we can purchase another set. We would highly recommend this set.
I've bought a number of beds over the years, and the last bed I bought at Weir's was Chattam&Wells and cost thousands! After six months it completely collapsed in the middle and neither Weir's or the manafacturer would provide any service. They recommended I pay to have it shipped to them, in which, would cost me about $500 and I was told I'd also be without a bed for 2-4 weeks. Instead I decided to cut my losses and find a new supportive bed, that I was convinced wouldn't breakdown. When I found this bed, the salesperson insisted that if there were ever a warranty issue, then this company would switch out my bed, no questions asked! Well it's been two years and I've never slept so well in my life!! I urge everyone whose experiencing any back or shoulder problems to consider buying an IBC Europa line. They are built to last and provide all the support that my wife and I have been searching for!!
We have tried for the last 3 years to get Bed mart and IBC Europa to honor the 10 year warranty on this matress. After the first year of having the matress we have a 3" depression on each side, where we sleep. We followed all instructions about standing up the matress for a couple of days and such, as we were told to do this by Bedmart. then we find out they are supposed to replace the matress if the impressions are over 3/4 of an inch deep, ours are over 3"...
Bedmart won't honor because the actual store we purchased from is closed down. Bedmart didn't put our information on a database, so no warranty for us. I'm ready to just give the matress back with with something extra, right through a window.
We bought our Europa mattress at a discount seller without a trial period that you could bring it back & swap to another mattress, BIG MISTAKE! The mattress is too soft and has little support. My wife has been to a Chiropractor multiple times since we bought it & i have retreated to my daughters bed since shes gone to college. For $100 the saleman did offer to trade me into a mattress that was $300 cheaper when I bought this one. I emailed the company & they claim they will contact me, but they haven't. Now we have taken the mattress off our bed and are sleeping on our old broke down one, at least we're back in the same bed.
I bought this mattress at Mattress Discounters (Name was Europa Apollo there but specs are identical). I spent about an hour in the store trying it out, rolling over from my side and back. I loved it in the store. The mattress that was delivered to my house felt significantly firmer than what I had remembered in the store. The salesman assured me that I had to "break it in" and after a few nights it would feel just like the one in the store. It has been over two weeks and I am still tossing and turning because of the pressure points on my shoulders, hips and lower back. It feels comfortable when sitting up, like it's a couch. But if I want to sleep for more than an hour I have to retreat to the futon. Unfortunately, I need a bed, not a second couch so I will most likely be eating the 15% restocking fee and $80 delivery charges plus price difference when I take advantage of the 60 day comfort guarantee. This bed is uncomfortable enough for me to justify the cost.
The Europa product line is a collection of mattresses that was manufactured by International Bedding.
