This is the worst mattress set we have ever owned in our life. We felt like we were sleeping in a ditch, constantly sinking in the middle of the bed. We've had it for 3 months and now it's going in the basement. We are going back to our old posturepedic!!!
We are taking this back. Lost all faith in Serta. Bed is already worse than the 9 year old mattress it replaced. My wife and I feel like we are in a taco due to the middle of the bed sinking and offering no support. Wow, and this is a luxury model with a luxury price. I felt like we experienced a bait and switch.
